Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be made before the order has entered the shipping or pickup process. If the order status still allows it, cancellations can be made through your MyLowe’s Account.
Return Policy
Lowe’s offers a flexible return policy based on the type of product purchased. Please refer to the image below for a quick breakdown of return timeframes by item type:
48 Hours: Major appliances, air conditioners, paint sprayers, generators, chainsaws, utility vehicles, go-karts, and more.
30 Days: TVs, electronics, liquid paint, water heaters, and most outdoor power equipment.
90 Days: Most new, unused merchandise, non-tree/shrub/perennial plants, and CRAFTSMAN® outdoor power equipment.
365 Days: Trees, shrubs, and perennials. Purchases made with Lowe’s Commercial Account (LCA), Lowe’s Business Advantage (LBA), MyLowe’s Rewards Credit Card (MLRCC), or Lowe’s Business Rewards (LBR).
